Common Issues
Before reaching out, please check the following:
- Use a clear image smaller than 10MB
- Check your internet connection
- Try logging out and back in
- For PDF downloads, save your blueprint, then choose Download PDF with a Pro plan
- For billing questions, include your receipt or invoice number
